I required four curtain rods. Woodstock store only had one that I wanted. I purchased it and ordered three more online from the Kitchener store. The following day my order was ready for pickup. I drove from Woodstock to pick up my order only to find the rods they wanted to give me was not what I had ordered. I refused the rods and was told that I could re- order the rods but that does not mean that I will receive the rods that I want because all the rods have the same product number. What kind of business practice is that? I will not order ANYTHING from Giant Tiger again!
