I bought a winter coat that was over $100 and only wore it a few times. In the couple of weeks that I had it, the zipper broke. I took it back hoping to have it replaced. I didn't have there receipt so they offered me store credit. I didn't want a credit I wanted a winter coat but they didn't have the same coat. I was told it had to be the exact coat and size. Why would I want another size. If I bought a new coat with the store credit it wouldn't be covered if something happened to the coat. I was told to buy groceries with the store credit and pay cash for a new coat. Terrible customer service. Now i'm stuck with no winter coat and a gift card for $111 for a store I don't even want to buy in anymore.
