We had called to check the restaurant hours however when we arrived, they had closed, I spoke with Jacqueline in customer service who called Spence (I think that was his name and that he was the manager on duty. They were extremely apologetic and both went above and beyond to try to make the best of a bad situation. I had a carload of hangry people. I cannot thank these two excellent employees enough. Exemplary service!
