Jun 6, at Forever 21 Kingsway around 12.20ish - we were very disappointed at the cashier who helped us. This is not the first time we encountered her. Her customer service has tremendous room to grow & polish up. She was borderline rude & condescending to us. Our experience went from good and fun to let’s leave, so quickly, literally from zero to 180. Really too bad!

Your online price for item#00329197073 is incorrect. I received the item with your Forever21 price tag of $10.00 and your Online price is $15.00 Your 1-888-494-3837 gave me nothing but a hard time and refused to refund me $5.00 AND I wasn't able to talk to a Supervisor, they were all busy (you must have lots of issues with your customers) After a 25 minutes long phone call, no resolve whatsoever. I want my $5.00 back, no one likes to be ripped off. Take ownership of your error, fix the price Online and stop overcharging your customers
