The customer service is terrible when I went to pick out tile. I ordered my tiles by phone. I was told that I could return the extras within 30 days and with a 30% restock fee by James. I ordered a few extra, as recommended by James, thinking that I could return them. The manager, Paul, would not take them back. He said that he was going to discuss it with James and call me back. Paul never bothered to call me back.
