I was in the #042 store and very messy store. Clothes were laying over the racks, instead of being hung. The shelves in areas were empty and others were over filled, the change room was the worst in very very bad need of cleaning, filthy floor and no stool or chair to sit on or set my clothes on. Meanwhile two employees standing behind counter .
