This place is the best! I’ve been bringing my leather repairs to Boris for over twenty years now. During this time he’s repaired and remade shoes for me, re-heeled and re-soled boots for me, stretched my old (and then new) roller skate boots to a perfect fit – and then my ice skate boots as well, and repaired straps and zippers in purses. Most recently he and his staff of skilled craftsmen repaired one of the zippers in my treasured Derek Alexander red leather organizer purse. When I picked it up, Boris was proud to point out that not only was the zipper repaired as if it had never been broken, they guy he’d assigned to it refinished and polished it to the point of looking brand new, both inside and out. I’ve always been satisfied and often impressed with Boris’ high value, high quality craftsmanship, but this purse repair was simply over the top. I simply cannot recommend them enough!
