This review has been building for years. I have zero complaints with the actual product from Fabricville (aside from the high prices), but the store is one of the most unwelcoming establishments in this city. The staff (though usually not those on the cash) are unfriendly and condescending, and speak down to people asking questions. I've seen blatant rudeness towards a senior citizen with an obvious hearing issue, and the staff culture seems to be to have a general disdain for anyone shopping there. If there was another option for apparel fabrics in town, I would NEVER shop at this Fabricville location again.

Fabricville is overpriced and falsely represents interfacing products on website. Due to covid I had no choice but to buy from them and they advertise Medium weight fusible interfacing but ship Featherweight. I thought it was a mistake and bought a different colour but it happened the second time. It made me realize that they seemed to be doing this deliberately hoping people wouldn’t notice or not go to the trouble of leaving lock down to go to the post office to return. Unlike reputable sellers of fabric / interfacing they do not provide Manufacturers or model numbers so you don’t know what you will get. Completely terrible experience.
