I have always had great service at this store (Welland). The covid precautions are great but do take time to sanitize the cutting table after every customer. PATIENCE is a virtue...it's for your own protection!

I have recently moved to this area and have been in this store two times. Both were negative experiences with the staff but the second visit was very frustrating. Long wait times for service (1/2 an hour the first time) and when prompted, was told there was a second cutting table; forgot my discount card that was purchased two days prior and told I could not have the discount as my card was at home. their computer system is antiquated and does not have customer information. The sales person would not give the discount. I told her this was unreasonable as I just paid $20 for the card. she said she didn't know what to do. I told her to check with a store manager/supervisor. Response--I don't know where she is. I found another employee who had sold me the card...she found the manager and the discount was applied. At the cash register, I was told to sanitize my hands before touching inserting my debit card in the machine. I had just sanitized my hands two times in the store at the doorway but she insisted that she had not seen me do it....so I sanitized a third time. Incredibly bad customer service. I will not be setting foot in this store again.
