Absolutely no customer service. When I finally did get help they didnt know anything. I later had to google it and figure it out myself . I was in the store probably an hour with no mask. So I left I came up with another plan so I returned to pick something else up. Holy cow the nazi came out.i explained I was just here without a mask in your store. All they kept saying mask mask mask. Needless to say when your like that it pisses you off. Sad pl

Shop here all the time. Wonderful selection of fabric and notions. Very helpful staff. Sometimes during their sales it is extremely busy and it can be difficult for staff to provide individual attention.

I have always had a very positive experience with the staff in this store. As an avid quilter, I'm there numerous times each month. The staff is friendly, helpful, and I enjoy them all very much.

This store and the whole staff, especially manager, are all a big fat JOKE! Rude, unprofessional, I honestly believe in. karma, and them closing their doors forever, and soon. I am shopping at Lacombe from now on, they have fantastic fabric store there! DISGUSTING store and staff, disgusting g!

There are so many things wrong with this store than I can count. I've shopped here for years tried to give the benefit of the doubt. But I guess covid times really bring out the true colors. I will never ship here again. I'll take my business to Calgary or Edmonton.
