visited store in Oakville on Sunday, upon arrival wished them Good Morning - no respond, asked for certain fabric staff had no knowledge where located in store, I was able to find it my self, at the point of check out wish the person "Merry Christmas" as we are in the season, her reply was "WHAT EVER" will I shop at this store - no thank you will travel the extra mile for a smile

I have tried many time to shop in this store and I find them miserable every time I go in. I am a believer if shopping local but it is not worth my time or effort to go into this store. Their stock also seems to be dwindling.

I usually find the workers a bit on the surly side at the best of times but today the girl on the door was rude with her barking out the rules and the dont touch anything admonishment. Plus why are they doing inventory now when they had 3 months of lockdown/ no customers to do it in?
