Scam, Terrible customer service and they will say/do anything to avoid refunding. I purchased 2 coats on feb 1 and when i went to return on feb 15 my debit card was replaced by a new one. store manager refused to refund stating that she can only refund the old card. explained card has been replaced as chip was malfunctioning. I offered to bring confirmation letter from my bank showing that my card has been replaced by a new one. she refused to assist or provide further direction she simply said she will be happy to give me store credit. after the ordeal and bad customer service i refuse store credit and am still fighting for my refund. I have contacted customer service and the rep states it is their store policy to only refund original card. i understand precautions to prevent fraud, but this is a debit card and i need to put my on to receive refund plus i am willing to provide any confirmation they might require. however after back and forth i am thinking that they are using lame excuse to scam their customers. store manager is very unprofessional and rude. don't deserve one star
