Went to the Tsawssen mill store today asked for a an exchange as the jacket had some cosmetic issues. Since I had no recite felt of my own lady there Ishita was fair and I paid the difference from there last sale price to exchange my sons jacket. Thank you guys !!

No refund policy because their products are cheap quality, and the sizes are weird. Bought a sweater for a client in a size XL for her birthday and when I got home to look over my purchases, I realized it looked a bit small for XL, decided to try it on and it fit me! I usually wear a medium size in tops. And no, I did not gain weight in my upper body. The only items I liked were the tights and cheap tops that can be worn for lounging around.

The first time I came in I was like “wow all these incredible pieces” for so cheap but don’t be fooled. The quality was fine so I ended up picking up 2 pants. When I brought them home to Tryon the fabric was itchy. So the next day I ended up going back to the store and asking for a refund. They said their system wasn’t working and they couldn’t give me a refund nor an exchange. So I asked him why do they need the system if they can just calculate how much I paid and just pay me back and do everything on the computer when it’s done and that was when they ( the workers ) proceeded To yell which was very inappropriate in the situation. In conclusion I am very very disappointed with this store.

I bought a pants and shirt , price 37.79$, then i went to another shop one minute away( fairweather) to find same pants and shirt for 18.89 I went back to the shop to get my money back since its the sane identical peices. I asked to talk with the manager, instead of talking with the manager they called the security for me. They are the stealing my money and they called the security. They refused to give me back my mobey and instead they want to give a shop card!!! How i will think to come back to this shop again.i ended up dealing with security instead of talking with manager!!!!!!

Mistakingly bought two pair of jeans without trying them on (Friday rush) find out they don't fit? Returned next Monday afternoon Tags still attached full receipt! Will not Return for refund, store credit only? No other jeans of any value that would fit a man! I nor any of my freinds or anyone who should ask Will ever shop at Designer Depot Canada I'll eat my Ailes Groupe Les Ailes De La Mode $33.90 instore credit card first ! If I shop Walmart I would be greeted with a smile and refund for 60 days!

The carpets in the Belleville, Ontario store don't seem to be ever vacuumed. There is literally lint balls all over the carpet and it has been there for days.
