Today May 3, 2021, I shopped at Costco Warden, and Marilyn at the cashier was so rude and sarcastic when I told her that I don't have the executive coupon for the the yogurt. She told me on my face " they don't mail the coupon to ME, they mail it to you! " why can't she just say that she does not have the coupon, I can understand that, it's only $2 coupon. I did not receive the coupons, and so with some customer lining up in the concierge to claim their coupon booklet. It seems that we costco customer are at their mercy nowadays.
