I recently purchased three sets of tires for all of our vehicles. However the last vehicle did not have the tires correctly balanced and the vehicle shook at speed. After attempting to call the Langley Costco tire center ten (10) times over 4 days, I reached out to Kal Tire, who not only identified the problem but even offered to rectify for me. I ended up going into the Langley Costco tire center more than week later(first available appointment
