Visisted the Surrey Costco today and needed customert service. The empioyee was superb but the first manager not so much. With the hard work of Salman it was all remedied!

Soo I asked my daughter to pick me up the t.v that was on sale .. it came up a totally different price , she told them no that's not right .. the girl called her manager because she said she couldn't return it . The manager also said it couldn't be returned .. my daughter also said the manager was so rude. I called the kitchener Costco and they said they had no problems exchanging it ... sad at Christmas time you get treated like this .

My husband pickup Pizza Stromboli at Costco Wellington St. and we cooked it today. MY husband and son hated it. I tried it and almost broke a tooth. The crust was hard and awful and the topings mediocer. What a waste of money. I am writing this to deter people from getting ripped off.

Hello Kelowna Costco - I was in your store before this B I G Corona Virus thing came about - and was looking for a few groceries and clothing - your staff went beyond and above all possible positions to find the right things and I ended up spending over $1,400+ dollars !
