I was in the home and agro center may 20 2021. I was looking for some gas line and hose clamps. I'm not from kelvington and was not sure where items I needed to purchase were located. A young man was working the till I believe his name was Adrian. He asked me what I was looking for so I said what I needed, he quickly pointed out where I may find such items I looked as he was helping other customers at the till. I could not find the piece I needed in the lawn mower section and asked him about gas line. He took me too the the aisle where the hoses was. He helped me look for hose and pointed out some options. I'm pretty paticular about what I buy. I said it looks like you don't have what I need. He said you probably need 5/16 line and I said yes. So he took the shelf tag and said ill go check stock. I waited and continued to look around Adrian came back and pulled down the hose from on top the shelf. I was a happy camper. Adrian provided me with excellent customer service. It so awesome to get what I needed even when the shelf slot was empty. I didn't get the usual reply I guess we are out and have the clerk walk away. He made sure that the product was actually out. That young man is an asset to your business Thank you Adrian more people should follow your example!
