Worse service, rude workers, cheating on billing low quality parts usage , waisting my time three times, extra money spent and at the end of the day a phone in my hand that still not working , experienced all these just dealing with this company, thank you cellicon

I don't usually expect to have to say excuse me to a salesperson who is chatting with a salesperson from another kiosk .but I had to do it twice to get some service. Clerk was snotty, short, and downright had a couldn't care less attitude. Seemed actually mad that I interupted his chatt with the other sales guy. DON'T EVEN BOTHER TO STOP THERE.NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AND COULDNPT HAVE CARED LESS ABOUT WHAT I WAS GOING TO BUY.

Have bought a number of mobile phone cases for myself wife/daughters from the Oshawa location without incident or issue. have returned because their prices are good and always seem to have stock on hand for any make phone. Just recently had an issue with the screen protector, took it back to the store and Mohammed corrected the problem in minutes and without issue. 5 star experience

I was in a rush with my two little ones, ask about a price and next thing I know the kiosk dude is putting on the 20$ screen protector. While trying to get my kids to stay in one spot while he painfully did it was awesome. NOT. 3 and 5 is fun ages until you are in a busy mall waiting and waiting. Then he gives me back my phone. It's not even fully on the sides. So both sides of the screen are a massive bubble. I'm like uh really? Dude says "it has to dry then it will have no bubbles" It's been almost 24 hours and the bubbles are exactly the same!! So disgusted.

I was in a hurry and needed my screen fixed. I never broke it before and I had a bad experience. The man at the kiosk said it would be a darker blue for the screen I get it and it's black not anywhere close to dark blue. My screen is popping out and there are scratches on the back of my phone that weren't there before. I got charged way too much I should have looked into different places but I wasn't anywhere close to home so I had no idea about the area. I hope to get some money back or someone could replace it for cheaper because he didn't tell me he was going to change the part around my phone (Samsung galaxy s7 edge) I am not sure what to do at this point and it shouldn't have been so much money because best buy does it for cheaper.
