Our salesman NICOLA misinformed us as to the true nature of this machine. It wasn't only on backorder - it had stopped being manufactured for some time. We paid for it and are waiting 9 months with no accurate news on its existence or pending delivery date. We were not even offered a smaller unit of a different brand, while we are waiting. Get monthly emails stating that they don't know the delivery date. Horrible customer relations.

My first time buying an appliance from CAS, my experience was great and hassle free, questions were answered promptly and accurately. Thank you Nick Buttino for your service you were very helpful and friendly throughout the service. Would like to add that delivery people were very professional and respectful with the handling of the delivery and have the appropriate protection during this pandemic.
