Très mauvaise expérience. Ça fait plus des deux semaines que j'attends la livraison de mon frigo. On est rendu à la 3e semaine. Ma nourriture pourri ça sent mauvais le vendeur s'en fout à chaque il change de date de livraison. Entre temps je perds de l'argent en prenant de congés pour attendre la livraison qui n'arrive jamais. Aucun service de support de livraison responsable. Juste en anglais et te raccroche au nez

We bought a caloric hood and it never worked (DOA). Instead of being able to bring it back and exchange it Canadian Appliance states that I have to contact Caloric myself to get it fixed... what company does this?? If I buy a product and it does not work then I should be able to exchange it for the exact same FUNCTIONING product. Why do I have to now deal with the supplier... Is this process even legal. Not in good faith business ethics
