Came in to get a washer and dryer and was greeted by a condescending salesman and was just going to leave as my wife and I could not believe his lack of service. However we were greeted by Al and asked him a few questions and let me tell you - night and day. Al was so professional and knowledgeable; definite asset to the store. Need to check you other sales staff though as the one individual needs to go

Purchased a number of appliances recently through CAS and was more than satisfied with the help provided by Jeffrey Wrice. He was very knowledgeable about the appliances and highlighted important items. There was no sales pressure and took the time necessary to make us comfortable with the purchase.
