Bought a Bosch dishwasher. Cancelled the order because of issues with install, just a day later. 10 days later still trying to get my money back on my credit card. Messaged the sales manager and he said “will happen today” that was 2 days ago. Called so called customer care. He sounded pissed off right away. Then I had trouble understanding him and asked to repeat. He YELLED at me “let me finish”. Then made some excuse that it will happen some time this week. He then was rude again ! They are HORRIBLE !!
