this is by far worst of the worst i ever experienced. was planing to sell my house and bought 5 appliances early January. i was expecting all to be delivered by early march, but they gave my appliances to other people who had earlier depivery dates, now they ran out of appliances for my order....what the F is this? I should have gone to other stores and made the purchase, this store don't even have the best price...they take your money that's it

I would give 0 star if I could. Please do not purchase anything from their Markham store, especially the sales person named Rebecca Chan. Made me get a more expensive dishwasher cuz it’s available immediately. Guess what, I found out it’s out of stock the day before delivery. The sales person told me I would either pick the dishwasher up myself or pay a second delivery charge for just the dishwasher.

The shopping experience was good until the installation of washer and dryer. As a first time home owner and purchasing appliances, I was very careful of what I need to do before the installation. I enquired the whole procedure and was told all I need to do was to "Turn off the electricity and shut down the water valve". Now I know that I have to disconnect them because I have to pay 2nd installation fee after contacting sales person and customer service. Well, I take it. In the meantime, you take this one star rate.
