If it were not for Dishnee and Koushima, CAS would have lost a $3000 sale.Their dedication to problem-solving, and giving the customer a fair deal convinced me to complete my transaction with CAS satisfactorily. Delivery guy had insisted, oddly, that my old appliances were too wide to remove; they were the same width 12 years ago when they were installed.He ended up leaving, We seniors removed them, no prob. D and K very kindly saved us.

We had a complete kitchen renovation and bought our appliances - fridge, stove, dishwasher, range hood, microwave and microwave kit - from CAS, 442 Miller Rd., Hamilton. Our sales rep was Guilio. We couldn't ask for more professional, knowledgeable and kind person. Guilio not only provided us with top service but gave us the best price on the market. We never felt the slightest pressure from him to make a purchase. CAS is very lucky to have such an employee who takes a lot of pride in his job. Thank you so much Guilio and CAS, we enjoy and love our new appliances.

Not happy sale person very nice but promised it within 2 week bought and paid for nov 9th still waiting .want it nov29th but not looking like this is going to happen..Saleman should not promise 2 weeks clearly going to be almost a month so disappointed we were planning on purchases washer and dryer next but not happening if we dont get by Nov 29th .We really thought you would honour purchase in timely fashion .Sharon Knoll may i also suggest not to charge item until shipped .
