My husband I went in the store in S'toon. We dealt with Rachel who kept saying how they whore out their sales to people who come in the store. I may be in my 30's but who talks to someone that way!? She also kept bending over quiet obviously to show some cleavage to my husband. On top of that their prices are ridiculous! They invoice like a shady car sales lot. They make you think you save and after your sale good luck getting any service! AVOID

Badly scratched front appliance, customer care saing they CAN NOT exchange the item, because the box was open! How do you want me to see the scratch without opening the box????!!!! No one to talk to… No manager, no supervisor, nothing!!! One of the most terrible companies I’ve ever dealt with!!!! Lazy delivery guy wanted to leave the appliances in the garage, when I said I paid for delivery to the 2 floor, the guy said-ok then I am not deliv

Buyer Beware... Their price matching policy is a joke, they just won't do it. See the purchase and the reply when asked if they would match ... Make sure you do your homework before even looking at this place. Lowes had the same set (Same Part # and all the BS for price matching). They just refused to do it, not 20$ less, but 700$ Less! So Beware, and do your homework before buying anything there.

BUYER BEWARE While the buying process was easy and fun, the delivery process is not. CAS outsources their delivery to another company. For my delivery, this company damaged my fridge, and when I called CAS, they told me they dint have another fridge, and they would have to order another one from the manufacturer and it could take 2-3 weeks. I can only assume this was some sleaze ball sales tactic to force me to buy another fridge because when I called them the next day, they said they had the appliance in stock and would ship it to me. HOWEVER, they could only deliver it to me on weekdays when I'm at work. You would think after screwing up a delivery, they would help me out by arranging a custom delivery time but apparently this was not possible. I called them to see if they could help me out but their support staff could not arrange a time, but I could not speak to any managers over the phone because they wouldn't transfer me to a manager. Alas, I have no way to store food that needs refrigeration or freezing until the week's end. I have recordings of all my calls if any of you would wish to verify my claims.

Would have given them no stars if I could. Easily the worst experience I've had buying any appliance in my entire life and I'm 55 years old. Bought a small Danby fridge in late June and it took a month to come in from Guelph Ontario. I checked Google Maps and I could have walked it in faster. Then we plug it in and it can't go below 5C which is a problem since we need to keep milk there. Now the fun starts as the company tells me that I'm now on my own with Danby. So now I'm running around trying to get Danby to check the appliance which we need for an event. On their website, CAS says that "Our dedicated staff of knowledgeable, friendly sales professionals will treat you like one of the family". They must have a different concept of family than I. Steer clear of this one and go elsewhere.
