The worst company I've ever had the original screen repair was to take a maximum of a week they didn't even call for a week After a week of waiting for an answer, the company told me that it would take a maximum of another week the final wait was 2 months the company did not fix anything without an apology

I have tried to go through this company many times but this London, Ontario location is just garbage. 1. I called to order two computers. Straight out. The man on the phone said "no one is here to sell you a computer. I don't know when they will be in". 2. Called back another day. "The computer you ordered online isn't available (Even though it said it was online) and we cannot get one in from another store (Even though other stores have it) We can give you our old shelf model but at no discounted price or any extra security like an extended warranty so it won't break down early. Me stuck between a rock and a hard place, buys it. 3. Calling in today like crazy, they won't even answer the damn phone!
