(1/5) Bad customer services no knowledge about builds

spent 4k on a tower and they missed $100 fans in case to keep tower cool. bad customer service at first until i told the guy to get me a better sales person. wont be spending this much at this location again if zero stars was an option i would give them zero. buy from competition and make sure you're computer is safe. mine could have burnt out in a year or 2 without fans to pump out hot air and pull in cool air.
