Great Place to shop | by  on Feb 21, 2021

I went here a few days ago for the first time, and it was a great shopping experience. They have a wide selection of just about any component you could want, and their pricing is pretty good for most items I looked at. Every staff member I talked with was kind and knowledgeable, and were very helpful when I was trying to find things. Some things are probably cheaper if you look around enough online, but if you're new to computer building then getting to see the parts in their boxes in person just feels different. Definitely would recommend to any of my friends who are looking to build their first desktop.

Awesome Service | by  on Dec 17, 2020

This review is being submitted for a purchase that was made a little while ago. We came in to buy computer parts and we bought the last 3090 in stock at the time. We had great customer service and the employee we were talking to had amazing knowledge on computers and was extremely helpful! We had called back the next day for assistance and the employee was excellent at helping us with the problem through the phone and I am very pleased with how everything was handled. Now my buddy has an amazing computer thanks to your amazing employee! Thank you very much!

Avoid at all costs | by  on Dec 14, 2020

ALERT never buy anything from .@CC_Deals Canada Computers & Electronics they are scammers. Their Toronto 284 store pulled the old bait and switch on me. On the Canada Computers & Electronics website they listed a LG Monitor (27UL850-W) as new. I ordered the monitor online. The store located on college street sent me an email stating that the item I ordered was a "Open Box" item. They did not offer any discount and asked me if I still wanted to purchase the item. I replied asking it there was a discount. The replied yes that there would be a 10% discount. I agreed and purchased the item on Dec 10th. On Dec 11th I went to pick up the monitor from the Toronto store on college. The box was resealed and I paid for it and took it home. After getting the item home and opening it a few hours later I discovered that the monitor inside the box was a different model from the one I purchased. The monitor inside the box is a LG Monitor (27UL550-W). It is a cheaper LG model with less feachers but looks almost identical to the other LG models. I sent emails to the Toronto store with no reply. I packed up the monitor and took it back to the toronto store on college to get a refund. There after the second person came to help me they when to talk to their manager (there was no manager in the store only a supervisor). They proceeded to tell me there is nothing they can do. They said they scan monitors as they are returned and not the box so there is no way that there is a different monitor in the box. They told me the original item was returned in October. So I can only assume someone defrauded them and they are trying to pass on the monitor to a customer or someone in the store purchased the cheaper model (it's about $250 cheaper) and swapped out the monitors. I just wanted to return the item and get a refund. They have a really bad rating on the Better Business Bureau.

Shady Computer Store with poor return policy | by  on Sep 02, 2020

Canada Computers is a hot dumpster fire do not purchase any of your computer parts from the store they do not obliged by any normal computer store policies. The employees are rude and uneducated people who lack any knowledge about computers and computer parts. All of their employees also lack people skills Most of their parts and systems are overpriced you can find cheaper solutions on websites like Newegg and Amazon. They have an outrageous return policy as well. If you buy at Canada computers will you have a hard time getting a refund or exchange. I wasted half a day today trying to return the Samsung T7 hard drives. Save yourself the hassle shop elsewhere. After spending tens of thousands of dollars both for personal and business use, I will stop doing business with this organization.
