I love Bombay products however, I find shopping at your stores is very tiring. I cannot reserve a piece of furniture on sale for pick-up within the next few days, your clerks do not know the cost of delivery, and that makes me feel like I am not very important to them. You'd rather lose a sale !?!?!? Well you did ! I found it somewhere else. It would have been a $1000.00 purchase. In brief, you are not customer friendly !
