We have 2 lg bus. & approx 40 employees so I know what I’m talking about when I say that the mgr Debbie is a serious asset to your company! The help & effort she offered to ensure we were satisfied went above & beyond to the point I have changed all of our current suppliers to step down to 2nd place & all our future buying will start @ her store first! I cannot express enough how pleased we were & how satisfied we felt when we left!

I love the store and all staff except manager. There is a high staff turn over because: manager doesn't respect staff or custumers, has no return set rules she makes them up as she goes, and is dis-organized. I have been a coustumer for 35 years and because i did accept the way she talks to me she told me not to shop in her store. Tammy the assistant manager was fantastic but is no longer there. I hope head office can deal with her.

Beautiful people, especially Tammy. We moved to Vernon 2 weeks ago and needed few things for our new house. We went to Big Box , our favourite store. Tammy help us to find what we needed. Very patient and helpful, she spend almost an hour to help us choose the right stuff. Thank you very much.
