the employees are always rude and unhelpful. they assume you don't know anything about fishkeeping no matter how much experience you have. they give you dirty looks when you ask them to take fish or plants out to buy. often they are blatantly wrong with the advice they give you, but most customers wouldn't have the knowledge to disagree. truly awful people with no love for aquarium keeping
