Took my money and over one year did not complete the Job Big Al's was hired to do. They even got reimburse from the manufacture and keep the money and still I had to hire a different company. The store manager Jake just takes your money make promises and don't keep them. I travel 120 time during this pandemic to the Mississauga store the so call flag ship store. took customer money and avoid them. they basically stole my money in my eyes killed my fish. if anyone wants to get their spouse , family member, or friend out of the hobby just go to this store. pretty sad after one year Jake and Big als is avoiding a customer that they already too their money and they money from the manufacture and did not complete they job.
