I bought a 12 dollar lock which doesn't work and they wouldn't exchange it (receipt misplaced). Couldn't they look it up? I wont go in ANY of their stores again. For 12 dollars I hope it is worth it to them. One star because I can't give them a no star rating

I bought almost $180 items and they gave me a bag of food for free.The staff told me its free if you buy $100 items or more.But the food they gave me are all expired.Do not give freebies that are expired just to make your costumer happy.Because im not happy that i got an expired food item to you guys
