Worst buy, not best buy. Worst service ever. I went to return a memory card card today sunday June 4th at 11:30am that my daughter bought. The clerk at the customer service told me if I can put it in my debit. I told her no, because it's my daughter money and she paid cash. Then she said to come back in few hours. Any how I asked her to speak with the manager, smiling she said "I'm the manager and this is my area". Then she said no customer paid

Dear Sir or Madame, I purchased an apple watch from your #972 branch in Gatineau on Dec. 30,2018. The watch has been nothing but a problem since I bought it and decided to ask for a store refund. I do not want this watch as it is not doing the things it had claimed. I just spoke to someone on this date feb. 5, 2019 at 11;30 am. and he assured me there is nothing they can do for me as it is over the 30 day limit. I paid 644.13 for this watch tax included. I have the original packaging and the bill. He said to go to apple and then hung up on me after a brief discussion. I called the Merivale Rd . branch in Ottawa and they said they would give me a store credit . No problems. Just thought you might like to know how customers are being treated at the #972 branch by some of your employees. I will not be dealing with this branch in the future. Thank you. Mrs. J. Hines
