Horrible return experience! I kept receiving wrong information from different employees at the Wpg location about how I can return their product by having FedEx come to our place to pick up a comforter. Unfortunately, after multiple calls, they provided me with the wrong number, and I ended up speaking to an employee at a Bed Bath & Beyond store in the Philippines after being on hold for 35 minutes! Do NOT purchase anything from this location unless you are certain you will be keeping it!

In January 2019, I visited the Bed Bath and Beyond store located in Collingwood Ontario. I went to purchase a table runner and found three shelves of them all marked 6.99. When I cashed out the price for the runner came up as 19.99. I explained to the cashier that the price was wrong and asked to speak to the Store Manager. The store manager (female) approached the counter already with an upset and disturbed look on her face. I again explained the situation to her and she simply said the price is 19.99 and turned and walked away from me. I was shocked - paid for my runner and left. I have even written a complaint letter to head office and to no avail. Not even a followup acknowledging my complaint. Do not shop at Bed Bath and Beyond - they mislead you in their pricing, their merchandising is terrible and very misleading. The store manager at this location in Collingwood should be fired. Head office may not have responded to my complaint, but they will see this review and should take serious action. A retail store should have accurate pricing on their products and on their shelves...this store obviously did not. Signed Carol
