If I could give no stars I would. Terrible service. Women that work there are rude and abrupt and very confrontational. I will never go back.

The worst candle day.... EVER. There’s nothing like standing in line over 1.5.... finally getting into the store.... only to be told by “ rude” staff that there are NO CANDLES left. Like... really?..... You didn’t know this would be a huge event?... that the supply would certainly out weigh demand ?... I think those of us that waited all this time ( after all... I am a regular customer) not just for events like this.. should be compensated somehow? ... and by the way.... the staff at this location need a course in politeness... I’ll travel to Niagara Outlet first... before I ever step foot back into that store. And.... don’t think I’m alone in that statement.

I attempted to visit the store again and received the WORST Service ever. COVID-19 is here to stay so learn to live with change but the girls that work in this store are far the worst I have ever seen. They must take rude ignorance lessons to work there. I will not shop with this company and I will tell everyone I meet to boycott that store until management fire the horrible employees and get real nice humans to work there or maybe it will close due to no one shopping there.

I love Bath and Body Works however this is by far the worst Christmas candle day event for 2019 I have ever been to. I counted at least four or five very nice Christmas candles that first came out over a month ago that were not included in this sale because they sold out and never ordered new ones in. Whether that's because the company didn't make enough candles to ship more in I don't know but this was the worst candle selection for a candle day sale I have ever been to. I left very disappointed and if this continues even once more with the crappy candle selections during the holiday sales then I will probably take my business elsewhere for candle shopping. Please improve your selection by ordering in more of your Christmas candles that sell out otherwise your candle day event is garbage without them.

I am a Canadian Customer who decided to try the new sale offer which was sent to me by email. Went through the entire order and no where did it specify that my order would be charged USD ! I received my credit card only to see that my $60.00 sale order ended up to be $90.00+ . I am furious! will NOT shop online with Bath and Body Works since their constant emails that I receive does not say USD not even on the final receipt order. Searched their website to send an email, of course no contact to Customer Service so ended up having to call the 1-800 number and placed on hold for over 10 minutes! It's time to switch over to the Body Shop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bath & Body Works have taken my e-mail when I go to the store. But I never get any e-mails from them about the sales that are on in the store Was there in January and again they asked for my e-mail. And I still have not received anything. But I seem to get all kinds of e-mails from the American Bath & Body Works.

I shopped at the Lethbridge store today(twice) The service was over whelming. All the staff were very friendly , knowledgable and went out of their way to assist me.They also filled me in on all the "Good Buys" I could get. I appreciated them taking my email address so I could get in on the %age discounts.
