The only reason we purchased our power loveseat and sofa was because they threw in the 5 year year warranty only to find out later when the sofa broke that this location is not part of the Canada wide Ashley Homestore Warranty program. They are an independent store and do their own service warranty which is terrible. We keep getting excuse after excuse with nothing being done. Do not recommend!

Furniture is garbage! We spent over $5000 on a new living room set and the cushions compressed almost immediately. Ordered replacement ones and they forgot one, have been waiting months for the new cushion. In the meantime they are all crap again. The only thing worse than their product is their service. Honestly our 10 year old set that we moved to the basement is better than this new set. What a scam.
