Purchased couch and loveseat. Called customer care less than 4 full days after delivery because stitching on seats and backrests puckers and wrinkles. They don’t hold their shape and slip. Customer Care didn’t resolve issue by specified time even though I submitted pictures. I’ve been calling daily for updates to which I get rude response for calling. When I mentioned I’d like refund within 30 days which is policy I was told I’d have to pay 25% administration fee. If I don’t receive total satisfaction I will register a complaint with BBB.

Horrible store. Disguising customer service, very poor quality products and they DO NOT HONOR their warranty. DO NOT BUY in this shit hole, PLEASE beware.

Steer clear so you can avoid months of headaches and phone calls that run in circles without resolution. I have had too many poor experiences with Ashley Furniture. Two month wait times for bed repairs (pre-restrictions) and when I decide to give them a second chance, I am sold the wrong product, and am being asked to pay to have it returned.

We have had a technician here 4 times in a year to fix the furniture and replace the garbage foam cushions. Their service department will lie and put you off as long as they can. They hope you just give up and settle.

I purchase furniture for Christmas. I was promised that I would receive my items. Even with talk of a potential closure of Peel. The sales ensured me delivery date. Told me I would receive by December 21. Still no furniture. A rude lady that was to schedule delivery told me she can’t deliver until 29 which is after the fact. I called the mississuaga store. No one answers. Customer service which should be called rude service told me they can’t reach the store. Today the customer service can reach the store. Which is to speak the fact of me calling them a liar. Which is factual. The dishonesty is making promises they can’t keep. Telling me dispute the closure they still can deliver as they deem themselves essential. Theif. They refuse to return my money. I didn’t ask for it because I change mind. They lied, been dishonest and never delivered what was promised at sales. Had they kept there promise/ schedule this review would not be posted. The telephone customer service needs retraining in solving issue they produced. They need training on customer service and that being rude is not the service customers want. The organization/ company need to be trained on one service and that is to be on what they can actually provide. Don’t steal money from customer when they can’t provide what they sell

Where can I review this company to one star? Furniture took 1 month to deliver and came defective. I called right away for replacement, but they insist to try fixing it first. Sent in evidence of defect, they saw and promised they could fix it. It’s been months by this time cuz they don’t call you back! They promise to call you within 48 hours that’s a lie I got over and over again. Repair man finally came, said he could not fix it! By this time it’s been 3 months. They discontinued the furniture, no exchange possible, no replacement possible. NO REFUND possible! I have been patient, trusting, and followed every procedure correctly, only to get bit in the ass for them to tell me I didn’t ask for refund within 48 hours of delivery. Well I would have asked for refund if they didn’t promise me they could fix it! They only offer store credit or very little price adjustment, which is a complete bully move to hold my money like that. Heck no I don’t want store credit to pick out another 3 months of stress over their low quality furniture whom their manufacturer don’t care to do quality control. I settled for the little bit of price adjustment, but promised to share my story to the public. Hope this story will save you some stress to move on and buy from another company with fair refund policy, and responsible customer care.

I ordered a bed (and a nightstand) online which it was one of the most expensive platform beds in Ashley furniture (SKU AFHS-1442279K). My order delivered on time, but the header part was broken. After several calls, Emails, and contacts with the unprofessional rude customer service, finally they arranged for the replacement delivery, so I got the replacement part after 2 months!!! BUT… the second delivery was worse than the first one, it shipped in an open box and was broken in several locations. I am tired of contacting them again and again or waiting for another 2 months to receive the replacement part as there is no guarantee if it won’t be broken again!!! It was the worst experience I have ever had, totally wasting money and time. I do not recommend Ashley furniture to anyone and I will never purchase anything from them again.
