I deal with companies in other countries who show their prices in CAD dollars and are transparent about other duties, taxes, etc. As Anthropology clearly can’t be bothered, I won’t bother to order on-line from you either. Anthropology’s poor attitude towards your Canadian customers is disappointing!

I agree with the previous comments I was shocked to see that when I checked out had duty & taxes included thinking it was CAD $ when checked my credit card statement wow it was in US $ big difference than want I thought I was paying and also I had talked to Canadian Store before ordering to see if items were in store and they total me that was the CAD $ price so again what a shock

I find your web page very confusing for Canadian customers. Your total of an order should include all charges in a Canadian dollars. Also, after you have posted your order, web states that u.have short window to cancel. a What is a short window, A day, two days, or 30 minutes, which I Was just informed. (Very misleading)

I googled Anthropology Canada, it went to the website for a Canadian store. As soon as I clicked on the Ottawa store website it changed to Anthropology.com. When I placed the order, no where did it indicate the currency was American $. I con’t to the pages to place the order and it displayed Canada as the Country, so again I thought I was ordering on a Cdn site. The order came and I owed 62. Duty at the Post Office plus the exchange on the $ on my credit card. I like the products from Anthropology, but I tried to order again w a Cdn store online and the phone # is an American 800 # I can’t trust where my order will be shipped from, so I will not place another order. The US store gave me a bonus # to use for a discount of 30% in Canada or US, but the code didn’t work.
