I have purchased a number of black knee socks from Addition Elle. While they fit great and stay up really well their lifespan is super short!! Don’t waste your money. Every single pair that I bought, developed holes in the heels after only having been worn for about two months. Because I purchased so many pairs, I was alternating socks from day to day. Despite this, these socks only lasted for about two months before the holes developed. I contacted customer service a couple of times and they offered absolutely no refunds. When I asked for compensation by way of discount for future purchases, they refused that also. All they said was that they would pass along my feedback to their quality control department. It is very difficult to find knee socks to fit wider calves and that is why I was pleased when I found these. However, the quality of the socks is inferior to any socks I have ever purchased in my lifetime. Save your money and shop elsewhere!!!

Warning not to use online shopping with Addition Elle, their returns process does not seem to work. Three months since I returned item via express post and still no refund and no reply from customer service. Will no longer shop with this company. There are better businesses online that value their customers and can operate their businesses with a view to return customers being important to the survival of their business.
