Hi, shopped at your store at Gerrard Square Toronto. 1) your staff doesn't care or know little about the pandemic, if they did they would ask ALL customers to enter the store with a mask, which was not the case when I was lining up for the cashier. 2) the cashier asked me to return my shopping basket to the pile at the entrance, and upon asking her about how and when you are going to sanitize the basket, she simply replied that the baskets will be sanitized. 3) i returned - in dismay - the basket to the point of entry.. and sure enough, a customer entered the store and picked it up. and the basket was of course. not sanitized. 4) shame on you.

I purchased 4 bottles of hand sanitizer for $6.00 each during this world wide Carona Virus crisis. I bought them because I'm the Superintendent of a large Condominium in Milton for the Safety of our owners and tenants. I am appalled at you price gouging during this unfortunate crisis we are in. Premier Ford is going after companies like yours. I hope someone will bring your stores to his attention. On the news he will make these dispictable stores like yours give refunds and I hope more actions.
