After shopping at Canadian Tire Stores in Toronto, Edmonton, Chilliwack, Vancouver and Regina I have found the service, attitude of employees and service to be of the lowest of anyplace I have shopped. Today for example I wished to order an item for curbside pickup. I was rudly told by person answering phone they do not take orders over the phone yet their phone directory directs you to select #1. Unsatisfactory service

I bought a snowblower in September from the Yorktown store. Took it home in Regina and parked it in the garage. Snow arrived in mid November. Went to use it and a major issue with the drive system appeared. After getting unsatisfactory service from the Briggs and Stratton warranty department I called the Yorkton store. A manager by the name of Kristina came to the rescue and set up the warranty service for me in Regina. The snowblower is fixed and I am a happy customer. Thanks Kristina, great service.
