I made a trip to Lawson Heights Mall to make a purchase, as the item was sold out in Midtown at Think Kitchen. I immediately found what I wanted and took it to the register and the older woman, who was training a young girl, continued to talk to the young girl as I stood waiting. This is a very poor way to train new staff and very inconsiderate to the customer.
