I am writing to say that on 2 seperate occasions shopping at the lawson heights mall location i didn't receive a great experience at all. The only reason I do go to this location is that it is convienently close to my place of work, and it's really handy to place an e-order and pick up my selection on the way home from work.The first experience i had was that when I picked up my e-order, I got to the store and they didn't have some of the items from my e-order in stock. After the lady told me that some of my stuff that I e-ordered wasn't in stock I asked if she could contact the confed location and she said that if i am going to do an e-order I should call the store and make sure its in stock so that I don't keep customers waiting to pay for their stuff in store. The 2nd incident was on my b-day I had gone directly to this location and asked for 3 of the 5oz sirloin steaks. the lady grabbed the steak and threw it on the counter and asked if i needed anything else. I said no and looked at the steak and it was the 5oz filet mignon. I told her that this was the wrong steak and she said Oh that's all we have. I asked her if she could call the confederation location and she said that she didn't have time to do that cause there was other customers needing to pay for there stuff. I didn't end up buying anything from this location. I have now decided to go to the confed location (which is 20 min from where I work) the manager is the most pleasant lady I have ever met and great customer service. She definately goes above and beyond my expectations. For example I had gone to the confed location to pick up the hotdogs( which are a limited item) we cooked them up and they were amazing. I had gone back to purchase more and she apologized saying that these are limited, but the next time I do an order to call her at the store and she would special order me a pack. I didn't think that something so little would make a huge difference on which store I choose to shop at. I will no longer be doing business or supporting the lawson heights location, but will drive across town to continue my great shopping experience at the confederation location.
