Bev was not friendly and quite rude to my mom and I. We didn’t feel welcome and it seemed like she did not care to help us. It was really uncomfortable when we were in her office, she was silent the whole time and didn’t explain what she was doing. When I asked a question, she seemed irritated. What a horrible service we received today. No one should be treated that way.
