The girl who closed Monday, Sep 12, 2016 was very rude to us. I called her if they are taking walk ins and she said yes. But our bus was little bit late and we arrived there 15 minutes before closing. She refused to trim my boy's hair. He is 6 years old. She said not possible. And she needs to go because she had to pick her boy up. We said we came with the bus and the bus was late but she didn't listen to me. I am very very very disappointed with the service. Never going back there again. The manager name Tamara gave us the best service. But this lady was so rude and this is not the first time she did it to me.
