Only had 30 min over lunch yesterday to rush in and have a grad necklace engraved. Wish I would have got the name of the blond girl who asked what she could do for me "my dear" as it was by far one of the best customer service experiences I have had in awhile. She said she would do her best to have it done before I left the mall and took my number. I went to grab lunch and was texted in 10 min that it was done. It was fast, friendly and efficient. Wish more stores provided this kind of valued service. Kudos to Things Remembered for providing this excellent customer service. I would highly recommend and would go back for sure.
