Honestly one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. When entering the store I greeted the clerk with good day, she said nothing. Just started at my daughter, finance and I with blank eyes, and continued to stare us down the whole time we browsed. Not once did she speak to us. When we approached the counter my daughter liked the sailor moon necklace and wanted to see it, the clerk did nothing. Did not acknowledge we were ever there, didn't ask if we would like to see it just nothing. Your clerk at 11:30 am Saturday may 22nd is the reason we did not purchase anything, along with the couple girls that were there as well. She is rude and very unapproachable. I'd reconsider her position with your company.
