I was at their kiosk in market mall in Saskatoon wanting the screen from my old iPhone 5 to be switched for my cracked one on my new iPhone 5. I was told it couldn't be done bc the phones were different models. So the guy says he would put a new screen on the cracked phone for the price of the phone I don't use, as it was damaged internally in an altercation. I told the guy this and that it wouldn't stay on long etc etc but he still wanted to do it. So I said ok. When I came back to pick up my phone he said the second phone was useless but he would take off $15 of his regular price keep the "useless" phone and charge me $95. I argued with him on the point of why he would still take my phone if it was useless to him. He acted like he was doing me a big favour. He hardly spoke english and I got sick of dealing with him so yeah I paid him and left but told him I'd never be back. Then moments later he calls and asks for my password to my iCloud account. I told him iwant gonna give it to him and hung up. He kept calling me so I blocked him. I've dealt with a different guy at center mall location and had no problems but this guy has got to be a crook!
