Very very poor customer service . Called head office customer service and was told a store manger would contact me . When he did 3 days later instead of addressing my concern he or admitting his staff had priced an article wrong .... he insinuated i put a price sticker with a lower price on the item ( wink wink nod nod ) insinuation and later that I imaged that insinuation. Even went so far as to say this will be caught on loss prevention camera !!!! Really ? is that how valued customers are treated ? Needless to say we came home gathered the things we bought there the previous week , returned everything then went to Home Hardware & Home Depot & bought what we wanted/needed after having good customer service & even a few laughs with the staff that helped us at both locations. It will be a long time before we return to Lowes in Saskatoon. It will have to be a dynamite sale or something I cannot buy elsewhere. I've had very good customer service in the past but the last couple months have been just horrible , condescending customer service staff , can't crack a smile or speak to you with niceties of the day . Lowes must teach there empolyees to avoid customers at all cost. I have walked around the store and have employees see me and walk the other way . I am never asked if I need help.; If I do reach an employee they dont know what I am talking about . Do not where it is. or what it is used for. I hope they get better or Home Depot will blow them away.
